All the products on sweetmoon.in belong to SweetMoon. When you visit sweetmoon.in or buy a product from our online store, you agree to the terms set out in this agreement. We reserve the right to change the terms set in this agreement. When we do so, we will update this page and mark the date when updates were made for transparency.

These Terms and Conditions are effective upon acceptance and governs the relationship between you and SweetMoon, a company incorporated under Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office at Ahmedabad, India.

General

You may not use our products for conducting any illegal or unauthorized activity that violate laws in your jurisdiction. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell SweetMoon'S product, marketing, copywriting, images, video and packaging. SweetMoon reserves the right to refuse orders you place. This could be due to limited inventory, lack of logistics support in your location or payment issues raised from our payment gateway providers. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our online store.

The right to use  sweetmoon.in is personal to you, the User and is not transferable to any other person or entity. You as a user shall be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of their password(s), if any. As a user, you acknowledge that, although the internet is often a secure environment, sometimes there are interruptions in service or events that are beyond the control of the Company, and for the same reason the Company shall not be responsible for any data lost while transmitting information on the internet. While it is the Company’s objective to make sweetmoon.in accessible 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, sweetmoon.in may be unavailable from time to time for any reason including, without limitation, routine maintenance. You understand and acknowledge that due to circumstances both within and outside of the control of the Company, access to sweetmoon.in may be interrupted, suspended or terminated from time to time.

Pricing

Pricing of our products is an exercise that we do after a lot of thought process and rarely change them. However, in occasions when we need to, we reserve the right to update our product prices and discontinue them based on our own discretion. When we update a products price, sweetmoon.in will clearly reflect the current price of the product. Discontinued products may no longer appear on sweetmoon.in.

Delivery and Shipping

SweetMoon offers shipping all over India. We usually dispatch products that are in stock within one business day from the time your order is placed. In cases where in a product is out of stock, SweetMoon will notify you the estimated shipping time on sweetmoon.in before you place your order.

Warranty and Returns

We offer product exchanges and returns within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase and do not accept cancellations once an order is placed. When you request an exchange or pickup, we try to offer a pick-up service, but that is not guaranteed. In cases where in the service is unavailable to you, we request you to ship the return yourself.

A return order is ineligible for exchange or refund if done beyond the 15 calendar day period, or if it is used or returned without original packaging. In case we receive an in-bound shipment for an ineligible return, goods will be recycled or discarded without a notice to you. No exchanges or refunds will be applicable and an additional service fee may be charged. If you send an unauthorized in-bound shipment, SweetMoon will be unable to serve you in the future.

All the refunds are made to you through the original mode of payment, except for Cash on Delivery orders. COD orders are refunded to your bank account. In case you discover a manufacturing defect with our product, please send us an email at support@sweetmoon.in from the email you placed the order with. As a small business, we cannot sustain and accept standard and defective product requests beyond 15 calendar days.

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless SweetMoon, our subsidiaries, employees, and suppliers, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees. 

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions of service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
