Return & Refund Policy

At SWEETMOON, we always try our best to make sure that you love our product as
much as we loved making it for you. However, we would be happy to exchange it  OR refund it on condition apply offer
store credit in the following cases:
*  An incorrect product has been delivered to you, not matching the item in your confirmation email.
* The product you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect.
* Sale/ Limited Edition/ Complimentary products can be exchanged or returned.

Please ensure that the tags and packaging should be intact and product(s) should be unused.

You can email on info@sweetmoon.in or you can leave a whatsapp message on +91 8980066603 with the SUBJECT: “(order no) + EXCHANGE / RETURN” within 7 days of receiving the products. 

Please Note : SALE/ Limited Edition/ Complimentary products can be exchanged or returned.

In case of a Defect in the Product : 
We would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures in case of any manufacturing defect. Once our team sees and approves the defect, you will have to ship the product back to our address and we will process your request once received.

You can get refund on conditional basis. You will get the refund after deducting the shipping cost of 250 INR. per consignment.

Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.
You can ship the parcel to us at the following address : A R Fashion, B/1039 1ST FLOOR, CITY CENTER-2, NEAR 10 ACERS MALL, RAIPUR - KANKARIA ROAD, AHMEDABAD-380002. 
Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will ship the new product.
