Return & Refund Policy

At SweetMoon, we always try our best to make sure that you love our product as
much as we loved making it for you. However, we would be happy to exchange it / offer
store credit in the following cases:
*  An incorrect product has been delivered to you, not matching the item in your confirmation email.
* The product you purchased has been delivered with a manufacturing defect.
* SALE/ Limited Edition/ Complimentary products cannot be exchanged or returned.
Please ensure that the tags and packaging should be intact and product(s) should be unused.

You can email on info@sweetmoon.in with the SUBJECT: “(order no) + EXCHANGE / RETURN” within 24 hours of receiving the products.
Please Note : SALE/ Limited Edition/ Complimentary products cannot be exchanged or returned.

In case of a Defect in the Product : 
We would require clear parcel opening videos or pictures in case of any manufacturing defect. Once our team sees and approves the defect, you will have to ship the product back to our address and we will process your request once received.
Item is eligible for a return/exchange request only once.

Once we receive it, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection and if it passes through, we will ship the new product.

Refund/Cancellation Policy :
No refund/cancellations will be accepted once the order has been placed as the products are dispatched through courier partner

Exchange / Return : Only exchange is applicable on all orders. For any size or fit related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order or after delivery of order.


INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are currently not processing any international orders.
