Return & Exchange Policy

At SWEETMOON, we always hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it for you. While we do not offer returns, we’ll be happy to assist you with exchange.


1. Eligibility for & Exchange

  • Exchange are accepted only on a conditional basis.

  • Requests must be raised within 3 days of order delivery.

  • In case of an exchange, an additional charge of ₹350 will be applicable to customer as return & reverse shipping charges.

2. Mandatory Opening Video

  • An uninterrupted opening video is mandatory for any request related to damaged product, missing items or incorrect product received.

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package, shipping label and complete unboxing process.

  • Without an opening video, we will not be able to raise a complaint with the courier company or provide any return, exchange or refund assistance.

3. Return Policy

  • We follow a strict No Return policy.

  • Returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products that are used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery or without original tags/packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Cancellation Due to Courier Issues

  • In case of courier delay or lost shipment, resolution and refunds (if applicable) will be handled as per our Shipping Policy, and customers must cooperate during the investigation process.
