Return & Exchange Policy

At SWEETMOON, we always try our best to make sure that you love our product as much as we loved making it for you. However, we would be happy to EXCHANGE & RETURN.


1. Eligibility for Return & Exchange

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted only on a conditional basis.

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of order delivery.

  • In case of an exchange, an additional charge of ₹150 will be applicable to customer as return & reverse shipping charges.

2. Mandatory Opening Video

  • An uninterrupted opening video is mandatory for any request related to damaged product, missing items or incorrect product received.

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package, shipping label and complete unboxing process.

  • Without an opening video, we will not be able to raise a complaint with the courier company or provide any return, exchange or refund assistance.

3. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • In case of an exchange, the customer will be charged ₹150 as return and reverse shipping charges.

  • Exchange requests will be processed only after the original product is received back in unused, unwashed and original condition with tags intact.

4. Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns are accepted on a conditional basis.

  • In case of a return, the refund will be processed after deducting return shipping and handling charges of ₹250 per consignment.

  • Refunds will be initiated only after the returned product is received and quality-checked.

  • Once initiated, refunds may take 4–5 working days to reflect in the customer’s account (subject to bank processing time).

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Products that are used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery or without original tags/packaging are not eligible for return or exchange.

6. Cancellation Due to Courier Issues

  • In case of courier delay or lost shipment, resolution and refunds (if applicable) will be handled as per our Shipping Policy, and customers must cooperate during the investigation process.

  • All return and exchange requests are subject to management approval.

  • By placing an order, the customer agrees to and accepts this Return & Exchange Policy.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We are currently not processing any type of international orders.
